Noble prepared and permitted a waterline plan and profile set, as well as the dry utility relocation through out the subdivision. Noble also provided some construction administration services for Schmidt Construction.
Noble successfully provided each lot of the subdivision with complete utilities with a detailed waterline plan and profile set and by relocating the dry utilities from overhead to underground.
Esperanza Development hired Noble S&E Works to design and permit an 8" waterline to serve the Cherry Mountain Estates development with water in Lakeway after partnering with the Manley Company to complete the Re-subdivision process.
Noble prepared and permitted a 2,600 Linear Foot 8" Waterline Plan and Profile Construction Plan Set. With the waterline design, Noble was asked to design and permit the Dry Utility Relocation through the development from overhead to underground to serve each lot with Electric, Telephone, and Cable. Noble coordinated with the contractor - Schmidt Construction - to expedite two field changes, monthly construction draws, and inspections.
